By browsing this site or submitting a contact form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Requesting an estimate does not create an audit engagement until both parties sign an engagement letter.

Services described

Content on this site describes independent audits and related reviews for fintech operators. Descriptions are informational. Scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables for a particular engagement are defined only in the engagement letter.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to White Pine Ledger Review unless otherwise noted. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Memoranda and working papers produced under an engagement remain subject to the IP clauses in that engagement letter — typically, you receive a licence to use the deliverable internally and with named advisors, while we retain methods and templates.

No professional relationship by browsing

Reading field notes or fee guidance does not create an auditor–client or advisory relationship. Confidential information should be shared only after an engagement letter or a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Pine Ledger Review is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of general website content. For contracted work, liability caps and exclusions are stated in the engagement letter. We do not guarantee supervisory, investor, or board outcomes.

Third-party links and accuracy

We aim to keep site content accurate but may update engagement descriptions and fee ranges without prior notice. Third-party sites linked from our pages are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
