Pricing that follows scope, not seats
Engagements are quoted as fixed fees after a short scoping call. The ranges below help you budget before you share files. Nothing here is a checkout price.

How estimates are built
We ask for product lines in scope, the ledger period, approximate monthly transaction counts, and whether directors, investors, or a licence path will read the output. Multi-entity groups are priced in phases when ledgers do not share a close calendar.
Deposits and timing
A thirty percent deposit confirms the start date. The balance is due on delivery of the memorandum or readiness scorecard. Rush board-pack reviews inside five business days carry an uplift stated in the engagement letter.
What we do not sell
There are no monthly software seats, usage meters, or automatic renewals. If you need a follow-up retest after remediation, we quote a day rate or a short fixed package — only when you ask.
